Indian ringneck flapping it's wings

What's up guys my male ringneck flaps his wings holding on to whatever he is perched on every single day. While doing this he also screams sometimes at the same time but not all the time during the flapping. I give him attention everyday and his diet is consisted of vegetables/fruits and seeds daily. He also does the flapping on my hand but calms down in a few minutes. I don't know why he does thisss any advice??? He'll also do this flapping and then after just eat or chirp happily.

Sounds like he's just exercising his wings.

I agree it is exercise. Most birds call to each other when they fly, so vocalising whilst flapping is a normal bird behaviour.

Burning energy, making noise and flapping wings is a happy bird exercising. Very normal, it's a good thing. No worries.
