Do you have pictures of the parents of the first young bird?

The second bird is a Fischers Lovebird (Agapornis Fischeri)

This lovebird is a hybrid of a peach faced lovebird and an eye-ring species lovebird.
I thought the same, the beak was saying peach faced, but the brown face and yellow/orange on the neck says eye ring.

Unfortunately, without pictures that is closest that I can tell you about the hybrid. With pictures you could know if the eye-ring parent was a Fischer's, black-masked, or black-cheeked lovebird.
