Ideas for bird club monthly meeting

I am trying to organize the monthly speakers for our bird club.
So I could use some ideas;

1. If you are in a bird club, what was your favorite speaker or subject?
2. If you are in the Chicagoland area, and are interested in speaking to a bird club either PM me or just post who you are and what you would like to talk about.
3. In the past we have had bird behavior specialist, avian vets, vendors have talked on making toys or how to set up cages.
4. Meeting are on 3rd Friday of the month in Elmhurst, IL

My club has awesome meeting. 4 times a year we have a toy making workshop, often specializing in certain things, like pvc playstands, coconut toys, climbing nets, etc. We have different vets speak on different subjects, and big name speakers that everybody pays to come every so often (dr. Echols, phoebe linden green, barbara heidenreich). In the next few months we are having the founder of a local bird rescue come do a talk, which I am looking forward to. At some point, there is a lady who has trained her two macaws to be service birds coming to do a demonstration!

Someone who could speak on parrot diet do's and don'ts, and bird-safing would be nice.
