... but I am so glad we did! We are so in love with Zephyr!

She's started being more social and playful this last week - shredding her toys, wanting to climb all over the house and lick anything she can get her beak against. She makes these joyful little squawks and squeaks and oinks and is always trying to climb all over us to make sure we don't have any delicious books she can destroy. And she makes the sweetest little soft whistle as she falls asleep each night.

Anyways, I don't really have anything to say except that I love her

@iamwhoiam She's 8! She's a re-home And thanks! I was just looking over and appreciating how pretty she was in the afternoon sunlight... and she immediately ruffled up and took a huge dump, ha!

I remember the first day Waffle was home & peeped non-stop I had 2 hours of freaking out that I was in over my head. But the next few days were better, and I can't even believe how much I love her.

My gosh, who could not love that sweet face?!! I had not thought of the 'oink' sound that mine make as an OINK, but yes, I have heard that one from my budgies. Zephyr is gorgeous, and I love her name too.

Man Blue Heads are so pretty! I never knew they had a bit of red on the front like that!

They are especially pretty when the sun shines on those blue heads....when it catches the light you see all kinds of highlights and indigos and reds and they look all shiny!!
