Urgent I noticed something on my Cockatiel's beak and it isn't coming off. What is this and what do I do?

Pretty sure that's just a bit of surface wear. Should grow out.

Yep, looks like it'll go away. Both my tiels have odd coloured beaks at the moment because they're going through growth and moulting.
