So mikko is a 7 year old rehomed african grey. ate all the junk food her family ate and was supplied with seeds and water. i have the seeds she ate at her old home and water she just got back from the vet for being sick. she has fresh fruits, veggies, whole wheat noodles, nuts, nut and dried fruit mix. i need some healthy recipes or ideas on what to feed her shes been eating some of the stuff just not a lot
