I'll be head elf this year again. Typically SWS comes before the signups for Secret Santa. I think in the past they tried to have matches out before SWS, and the whole event was over so fast. Some vendors do black friday deals, so it's still possible to snag a good deal while shopping for your Secret Santa birdies.
