Ohhhh, thank you so much.....that has lifted my mood and spirits so much. I’m so tired and sore but I have been having a quick look in AA when I have had a bit of time.
I miss you all so much and reading the stories and experiences of everyone here has been one of my most enjoyable and important things to do so I am having withdrawal symptoms from not being on as much as normal.

The calm before the storm…

So, the phone pointed at him and my use of the Allen key to tighten up cage screws is enough right now to make him flip a switch
