Asper culture came back completely clear! Woohoo!

I'm currently sitting outside in order to NOT hear him screaming bloody murder...he's currently getting a nasal flush, and the screaming starts the minute the towel goes over him lol.
It's like having your child in the emergency room, I swear...I have to remove myself so I don't feel guilty!

He was not amused to be here...

How wonderful! I guess you need to give him his favorite treat and scritches when you get home!

That's a good thing that there is no Asper. I'd match Hank's yelling against Syd's - if Hank hadn't died. He would yell so loud that it would upset everyone in the clinic.

I'm glad you got good test results back! (And hearing them scream is the worst. Hugs.)

Well, you do need some Cheetos to deal with the trauma that you had too and to celebrate no aspergillosis!

It is great news that the aspergillus test came back negative.

Thankful it's not Aspergillosis...but that unfortunately leaves me with the fact that he's dealing with respiratory damage that could have so easily been avoided. And, that makes me rather angry, I must admit.

Well, not much I can do about it other than to make Syd as comfortable as I can when he has flare-ups.

I will be taking him for weekly nasal flushes for the next few weeks...the last 2 have produces some pretty thick mucus, and more of that "no idea what these yellowish chunks are" stuff.
