You come home to find your dog hiding in the basement (Where he knows he's now allowed to be!), because he's afraid of the teeny tiny bird flying around unsupervised.

LOL, the poor dog wouldn't even come upstairs until I coaxed Candy back into her cage. She had a hay day being free, and thoroughly enjoyed chewing her perch in the window. Thankfully that was all she managed to destroy.

*Note to self* double check the latches on the seed and water doors before you go to work.

Haha, this reminds me of the time when my budgie escaped the cage when we were out of town. We were panicking because we couldn't find him. We eventually found him sitting on a chair watching and typing on our keyboard of the laptop we left to play music and budgie sounds for her.

That is a great photo of you and your escapee. How old is you dog?

Thanks!

My dog is a rescue, so we aren't sure exactly how old he is, but we think he will be 6 this October. He's a mental case, afraid of small things that move, terrified of other dogs, gets fear aggressive with strangers, doesn't like people touching him (Other than me and hubby, and a few select friends that he trusts). But other than that he's great! lol
