How do I put on a signature?

Hi, I recently had someone make a signature for me, but I don't know how to put it on. I know how to get on to my signature settings on my profile, but I'm not sure what to do next! Please help!

Do you still need help? If you look in my signature thread - signatures by Lady Jane I wrote some instructions. I think is on page 13 but not sure.
