right now my cockatiel, Riley eats seeds and nutri berries. She's pretty fussy and I have a hard time giving her veggies, she nibbles some. I ordered zupreem fruit blend pellets for her just to get her started and I'll change to the natural ones. How can I get Riley to eat them? I'm worried she won't like them :(

great advice given to you by @Animallover03 . i didn't even know pellet nutri berries existed :o:

from what i heard, lots of birds love zupreem and dig right in!
if you cockatiel still refuses to try them you could try soaking them. some parrots like them mushy.
some birds also prefer warm or cold food, so you could try that.
another method to get parrots to try new things is to pretend you are eating it, and making a huge fuss about just how delicious it is!

some more ideas can be seen here:

Soak the pellets in cold water to make them soft and chewy. Then "share" the experience of eating them (or at least pretend to eat them) with the bird. They always want what's on our plate. So make sure the plate has pellets on it.

If she's eating nutriberries, I wouldn't worry about feeding pellets. They're nutritionally equivalent.
