Spotted this little girl at the feeder this afternoon. She has House Finch Eye Disease.

It's caused by a bacteria, and many species of birds tested test positive for exposure, but only House Finches seem to exhibit any symptoms. This girl is currently blind. She still flies, finds the feeder, finds perches. She may live, or not.

Poor little one. It's good that she has adapted and been able to find food and perch.

Poor girl, hope she makes it. We had a few out her in PA with eye disease last summer, made sure to wash and scrub the feeder regularly after seeing that.
