I have a young cockatiel who would be roughly around 9 weeks and still barely shows any interest in his seed. I know some can take longer to wen than others but he/she seems to show more interest in the formula and not much in his seed. He/she has millet which he/she rarely shows interest in and have tried boiled egg with no luck. Any suggestions on how to help move him/her off of formula and onto seed?

Just give her time. Tiels normally wean at 8-10 weeks. Some longer. So it's still a bit early for her. This site has some good info: Hand-Feeding and Weaning
