You really should find an AV and take your bird in for a check up. If he lived on all sunflower seeds or even a lot of sunflower seeds then there is a big chance he is not as healthy as he should/could be. You will be best to start changing his diet now for one that is beneficial to a long healthy life for your bird.......what a lot of people choose to feed birds is not compatible with the birds actual needs. Sunflower seeds are very fattening so often cause liver problems and other health issues. Have you had a look through the cockatoo section of the forum? There will be lots of diet information and this is very very important stuff for your bird. Once the vet has checked him over they may be able to tell you what the lump is then you may be able to medicate and also change his diet to help him out with his health issues. I am guessing he will have health issues as you say he was on lots of sunflower seed.

If he has a lump anywhere that is serious stuff that really should be seen by a bird specialist. He may be in pain and birds do not let us see their pain, discomfort or ill health.......when they finally let us see it it is usually too late to help them in any way at all.

I just remembered something I didn’t mention in my last post to you. If you can it might be a good idea to cut some of the dangling strings that are on the perch in your video. Sometimes the birds will get tangled in things like that and you don’t want him to get hurt so it’s best to keep frayed ends nice and short to help remove any likely dangers there are.

If the squishy lump is at the bottom of his neck (near his chest) it's his crop. It's like his stomach, but more of a pouch for food before he digests it. It's supposed to be there, please don't squeeze it or you could hurt him. If it is on the actual side of his neck (halfway up) then it is a problem. Birds are very fragile animals, please try to find a vet. He also needs a bigger cage, they get very bored, just like humans.

If you cannot find a vet that treats birds, please ask around with local vets or even on forums for your city/country. I apologize, not many of our members are from places other than North America, Europe, and Australia, so we can't help you with finding a vet ourselves. I would ask around with other bird owners and with vets nearby to see who is considered a vet that is good with birds. But he certainly should see one as soon as possible for several things. Let us know if you find a vet and we can give you some questions to ask them. Don't ever be afraid to ask questions, we're here to answer them and help you out. :)
I'm on reddit (a forum-like site) and I'm going to post in the Vietnam section to ask about anyone's thoughts on vets close to Hanoi that are good with birds. Hopefully someone on there has been to a good bird vet or at least has heard of a good one, I'll be sure to comment on this post if I get any helpful replies.

So heck up that our country dont have any vets for birds . We all learn to cure and use antibiotic by ourselves which i feel very sad . He is eating like a pig and scream loud 1 time this morning . But still i got a video of him doing weird sound .

The lump is his pouch and food i believe .

That will indeed be his crop like @HolliDaze mentioned earlier. He does not sound weird to me at all and JLcribber said the same........he is just making quiet noises. My bird can scream with the best of them but he also makes lots of very sweet and quiet sounds. They do not always scream.

The smoke is VERY bad for him. They are very,VEry sensitive (more than a newborn human baby). 12 c isn't too cold as long as he is put in that temperature slowly.

No smoke of any kind is good or healthy for your bird and if it is pot then there is a chance he could be affected in the same way you are by the smoke which will never ever be good for him. It would be best if you choose a different place to smoke or a different place for your bird that is totally smoke free.
Some birds do have night frights. Is there a chance you have any mice that are trying to sneak his food at night? That can scare them pretty good, make them sick and even injure them. They can be frightened by many things at night. Some people leave a very soft light on so the room is not totally dark.

It really sounds like he's doing okay. I see the feathers you're talking about - it looks like he may be over preening a bit, but I don't think you need to do anything yet. He's new to you and is adjusting, so just keep on eye on it. Smoke is very bad for them - you should definitely not smoke in the house, at all. Personally, I'd wash my hands after smoking, before I handled him. Sometimes they do get startled or scared at night and flap. A small night light might help, even one in another room, so the light isn't bright enough to keep him awake. I don't know about the green color, it's not in your photos. His feathers may be stained from whatever food he's been eating. I do find that mine looks brighter after a shower, especially if she hasn't had one in a while.

Get him outside? You mean outdoors or outside of his cage? If it's the latter, than no, he needs to get outside of that cage. It is way too small for a bird that size.

If it's 12 C outside and sunny he'll be fine outside for a while. The sunlight will be good for him. Don't use any UV lights - they really don't work and can cause eye damage. I don't think you should worm him unless you take him to vet and a vet discovers eggs or larva in his droppings. I don't know anyone who worms their birds in the US.

It doesn't matter what you're smoking, all smoke is harmful to their lungs (just like us... ;)).

Just letting you know, don't take him outside without him being in his cage. It's small enough that you can probably carry it outside. If you take him outside without restraint (his cage), he may get spooked and fly off, even if he's clipped (don't know if he is or not).
