Help with bleeding wing

hey im new to this website the only reason i applied was because my cocateils wing is bleeding and i am just very worried like the under part is bleeding so im very worried on what to do.

Has the bleeding stopped yet? If not apply some cornstarch/plain flour with gentle but firm pressure till the blood clots.

Do you know how the bleeding was caused?

A picture would help..is it blood feather , injury, self mutilation? Good tips above
