My friend went to get another budgie today, and wondered if anyone had guesses as to what sex the Budgie on the far right is? I think at this age, it would be just a guess, am I correct? Anyhow - I told her I'd ask, thanks all!

The photo is a bit far, but I zoomed in.. looking at the pics, the birds seem like they might be two different ages, with the far left being very young, 2nd being a bit older, 3rd being very young and the 4th being bit older. If you knew the age of the 4th bird, might help, but if one was to hazard a guess presuming the budgie is a bit older than a baby baby, I would say male with the deeper color of the cere. But that is best guess with making a slight presumption.

I hope it helps others with way more budgie experience than me make a guess! I can identify 99% of adult budgies properly with experience thru the rescue, and pretty good at general age guesses to a certain point, but I know others have way more budgie knowledge!
White rings with light blue cere could be female. @PoukieBear is best at this.

I don't see the ring and there is more purple on my screen, but that might be a challenge with the quality of the photo, blue and purple might not be showing up true...
@Jenphilly and @Lady Jane I wasn't sure if I was seeing iris rings, or whether the 4th bird had his/her little eyelids closing!

The photo is not close and clear enough that monitor resolution does not play a factor. And its slight blur....
It's really hard to tell from this pic, if you can get a nice clear shot in natural light, that would be best. 
I don't think my friend ever figured out the sex, but she got "her" on Sunday! She is thinking the baby is a female, but of course that could change as her cere changes with first molt, I guess! Thanks everyone for chiming in.

I agree! We're just trying not to refer to him or her as "it"... when we talk about uh... this beautiful birdie!
She named "her" Yoki, which in the Hopi language means - 'it rained'! I love her white wings, and I'm already attached to her even if she does live 200 miles away... LOL. 
I think the budge may be a boy I have read that most of the time males have dark blue/ purple ceres.

I'm leaning towards male myself.
My first budgie looked quite similar in coloration (but not as vibrant blue! somewhat more washed out) and I had named him "White Waters", so I'd say that Yoki is a fitting name!
