How do i stop my self getting soooooooo excited about getting 2 new birds i cant get anything for a while yet so i need to calm down and i dont know how these new potential birds are all i can think about and i could be waiting for months help

Its good to be excited! Maybe you could use a method that is used for people who worry about things a lot. Tell yourself you can be as totally excited as you want to be....for 10 minutes a day : )
