I hope she heals quick. I recently stepped on my cockateils tail feathers and he broke a couple feathers so I know how scary when you are unsure if they or hurt or not.

Hey guys! It's me again!
With your help and support, we managed to contact the best avian vet that was available on such short notice.
There was nothing wrong, which was a HUGE relief, and we happily went home knowing she was fine.
The missing feathers that fell off when the book hit her are growing back, they have already passed the pin feather stage.
