Actually the birds with a darker tone... and I'm assuming has white feathers in the wings and I see the blue end primaries.
That is the White winged parakeet also in the brotogeris family.
Canary wings are actually rather rare in the united states as they are very hard to breed in captivity just like the grey cheeks.
Canary wings have only yellow under their wings in the secondary feathers; the primaries are dark green, and are over all much lighter green.
