Hi Everyone,
My cockatiels are finally nesting and I have everything set up and ready to pull the chicks at 3-4 weeks (if everything goes to plan). The only thing I am stuck on is the heat mat to buy to put in the brooder, any recommendations??? I have a thermometer ready to regulate heat.
Thanks.

I think an ordinary heating pad - the kind meant for people - is probably your best choice short of using an actual incubator. Only use it on low and with some towels or other insulation on top. By 3-4 weeks they shouldn't need too much supplemental heat (especially if it is summer for you and the temperature is warm already), you might just want to use the heating pad under 3/4 of the brooder so they can move away from it as well.
