So I’m getting a beardie really soon.
I have a 100x40x40 cm terrarium which is made out of glass. It has 2 sliding doors and such. The problem is the lid of it is glass and it is not removable. It looks like it’s glued on. How am I supposed to position the heating lamp? Do I just hang it slightly above the glass? I have a glow light dome and a 100 w heat light. My uvb light is positioned inside (I’ll attach pic). There seems to be ventilation holes in the middle of the top of the terrarium. The enclosure is still a work in progress and it’s not complete. I’m still waiting for some stuff to arrive. Anyway, what should I do about the basking light? Will it provide the heat through the glass?
