So my friend tried his best to let medicine reach his conure's crop but he was not stable today. It was a dose of a syrup and he sneezed even if he had kept him at place for a few moments after giving dose. And most probably it's the syrup coming out of her nose, that's the first time it's like that! What caused it?

It probably went up his choanal slit, causing him to sneeze. sometimes they do that when they're really stressed or really dislike the taste of medicine.
What can be done to prevent this in future? One thing being reducing the stress!

Immobilize the head better. You should always have control of the bird's head when giving meds. Although some birds seem to do this no matter what you do.

Is it that a lot medicine comes out? If it's a medicine which can't be overdosed, should it be tried to give bird another drop of it!

You'll need to put the syringe back behind her tounge and away from that slit in the roof of her mouth, hope that works.
