i was wondering if anyone had heard of, or used this breeder “Parrots Unlimited”in San Diego California? I think it used to be under the name Melzano’s?

I have not, but PEAC in San Diego is a great adoption agency! (hint hint)

My concern is I purchased a baby bird already, I’m now wondering if the breeder is legitimate. I paid 1/2 down and the baby was hatched 4-9-19, so I have to wait until July to get it.
