Harness training babies?

I believe Pikachu & Pepper are both about 11wks old now; but neither have managed to wear the harness.

I dont want to force it on them but I need ideas; how can I get them comfortable with having it put over their head? They are so young that they dont quite have a set favorite food/treat for me to motivate them with..

Use a short piece of ribbon that's about the same color/thickness of the harness material. Pet them with it, lay it across their backs, sometimes hold it in a loop with your fingers and put the loop over their head for a second. And try to get them comfortable with being touched and having their wings lifted. Just make it part of playtime/cuddles, only do what they are comfortable with.

From the beginning a big loop, and later on a smaller and smaller loop.
