Hanging toys from ceiling/jolly ball questions

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could recommend good ways to hang toys from the ceiling that are secure, but also prevent damage? We have that awful popcorn paint on our ceiling and I really want to make sure that doesn’t get chewed for the bird’s saftey.

Also, I really love the jolly ball toys. How do you guys attach and hang them? Any tips on where to get the hardware for hanging them? I would love to see pics if anyone has for ideas! Thanks in advance!

Also, if you get the dog Jolly Ball, is the ball inside pop-able? How do you get it out?
