I can recommend a Derbyan Parakeet or Malabar Parakeet. Both Asiatics.

Hello! Both are awesome! I sometimes wonder how a Mustache would have been, but I went with an Alex instead. He's just over a year old now. Depending on your neighbors they may complain about the noises the Alex makes...Arne can go all day if he wants to, and you can hear him down the street..So..Yea, I have patient neighbors..lol!
