My 8 yo green-cheek conure started regurgitating food and then it was liquid only. Started 2-3 hrs ago. Her crop was bulging!!! but was not hard.

At first, there was no smell to what she was expelling. I checked now and there is a faint sour smell.

She has excessive thirst. I gave her water with 5 drops of fresh lemon juice. After she drank it, I massaged her crop and most of it came out.
Her crop is finally empty.

Should I keep her away from food till morning when she can hopefully be seen by my avian vet?

NO don't keep her away from food. Birds will go into starvation mode within 48 hours of not eating.
