Got an older one from the sanctuary, 9 years old. Tested and free from diseases. They 'tolerate' eachother but arent quite best friends yet. What would you advise from here on? Give it time? Or try certain things?

Give it time, do not force them to be together. Keep them in separate cages unless they decide to live together.

Yes, they have their seperate cages next to eachother. One can fly and other one cannot. So he does come now and then but the older one either leaves him alone or tries to nibble

Sounds like things are going okay then. They've only known eachother a couple weeks so I would not worry too much about them not being best friends. :)
