Goodbye my Cheyenne

[OK Mike]

We had to say goodbye to our Border Collie Cheyenne today. At 15 years old she had a stroke and just could not function any more. Hard to say goodbye to one that's been a constant companion and family member that long. We've cried for 3 days over the decision and finally agreed that it's best for her. I know we'll see her again, and she knows she is and will always be loved.

Gosh.......so sorry for your loss. I can certainly relate as I have two elderly dogs and have been down this path before. It's just so hard.

Oh Mike, I am so sorry! I lost my sweet Noelle a year ago this coming Tuesday. There's a thread around here someplace. Dogs fill a special place in our hearts....my friend says they are angels wrapped in fur.
