Good idea?

Should i try to introduce echo (cockatoo) to Sammy (African grey) they are around the same age (give or take a couple of months) if it's a good idea how to I go about it. They chirp to each other from separate cages. But I haven't tried to introduce them yet. Any ideas

I would probably try to introduce them but keep them supervised. Can they see each other from their cages? If not, that would be the first step- to let them see each other from their cages.

And make sure when you introduce them it is on nutral territory.

Both can see each other from the cages. (On other side of room from each other) iv just let them both out and they have ignored each other completely lol. I'll just keep an eye on them and see if they try to interact
