I used to go out on Friday nights; now, I make chop.
Raw pumpkin, Brussels sprouts, jalapeños, sweet mini deux (sp?) peppers, broccoli, peas, sweet corn, sugar snap peas, beets, faro, Royal Texmati rice blend, baby arugula, organic dandelion greens, star anise, red grape, chop sprinkle

Looks fantastic!! I'm always so inspired by you but then mine just ends up being frozen spinach thawed out and a few bits and pieces of whatever we have lying around thrown in. And I'm not judging your Friday night I've been in bed since 9 o'clock
