I had run out of regular pellets so Frankie and Bebe only had fruit pellets last week.
Hubby and I went for our weekend drive to the pet store and returned home with Frankie's favourite, Zupreem natural pellets.
Frankie did his happy dance as he munched away on them :)
So happy when my babies are happy!
Bebe sat patiently waiting for Frankie to feed her....lol

We are still recovering from the scare Frankie gave me last night. So happy he is not going to the emergency vet today but am monitoring him closely and have his carrier ready just in case.

He is fine now thanks @faislaq
He was so happy to get his regular pellets he over indulged and ate Bebe's too.
He started choking and gasping so needless to say hubby and I were panicing but I managed to get him to drink some water and tried to massage him to keep him calm.
After an hour or so he managed to bring it up. Then of course, he fed Bebe but then started choking and making honking sounds again.
I had started to post about it but don't think it went through. I needed to be in there with Frankie so just left the post.
He is back to his charming self now and will only get mushy pellets from now on. I can't have another scare like that.

Aaack! That is scary. So glad everything is okay now.

I gave Captain Jack the larger, fruity zupreem which is not what he usually eats. Not only did I get teh stink eye, he put every single yellow one in his water dish. :)

Thank you all and he is back to being pestered by Bebe now. I actually have to keep her in the cage for a while and let Frankie out by himself or she just pesters him non-stop.
LOL the fun never ends, but hopefully the scary stuff does. :)
