Forum is running so slow. I click on something and it takes 60 seconds to get a reaction. It was fine before. I have reset my PC and modem and no dice. Help!

Sometimes clearing the browser cache helps.
Try a new browser just to eliminate your main browser. Example, if you use Chrome, download and try Opera or Firefox.
If you use IE then shame on you
If you have another computer, try to see if that has the same behavior, it's definitely not a forum issue but by changing browsers and also if possible try another computer this will help you pinpoint the cause or at least eliminate some of the options.
