Looks like Professor Petey to me. He has an aire of intelligence about him.

He hung out with me while I watched tv for about an hour or so. He pretty much stays in one spot on the java. We did some step up practice right before his first bath here. Since I'm off today and my home is dry, I decided to squeeze in another bath this week. He barked and balked at getting on the shower perch, but it worked out. I look forward to his comfort level continuing to grow...

He certainly fits the description better than a lot of birds I've seen labeled that way, but I there are very few truly pure macaw subspecies in America.
