I talked to Dr. Barb this AM, Mister, they did necropsy at the U of M. his poor kidneys were shot in so many ways. She said from horribly bad diet. the 1.4 mm stone was made up of calcium, potassium and manganese (unknown where that came from). he had enlarged and inflamed liver. if he had been fed properly from day 1 he most likely would have lived long life. but because of all junk food he was fed and Pepsi in his water, it shorten his life to just 7 years and 7 months. I am just sicken by what some people choose to fed their beloved birds.

his cage will be donated to a local rescue as soon as it is cleaned, sanitized. we are going rip it down next weekend take to the shed and power wash it and then dry it, sanitize it broken down to get all cracks and crevices. put it back together and sanitize again. better bring the tool box with me.
