Fledged babies

hello, So as I am in the market for a new GC. My friend really wants a Cockatiel. This will be his first bird on his own. He lived with me and my Gray and Conure. My question, I want to help him get a baby from a good breeder that lets their babies fully fledge (we don’t want him clipped at all). It’s very difficult to find a cocktail breeder as they are so readily available in every pet store. He might just go with a pet store but if I can find him a good breeder, I’d rather go that route. I’m looking for a breeder in southern Cali or even Arizona. Thanks so much.

I hope you find a good breeder. Don´t be afraid to ask them questions.

Be VERY clear on your wishes for the bird not to be clipped as some will take it upon themselves to clip birds after you have chosen your baby and will arrive to collect him/her and see the poor thing has been handicapped.
