What is the best flea medication? I've been using Sentry FiproGuard but have found a flea before the one month is up. I give my mini aussie a bath about one ever couple of weeks due to allergies and itching.

I use Frontline Plus. Some people like Nexgard which is a chewable.

Ask your vet. Some area are showing resistances to some treatments. In my area, my vet recommends against frontline because of flea resistance.

I really like Comfortis but it's too expensive right now, so I'm using Advantage. I buy the bigger sizes and divide between my two cats to save money. Please only do this after discussing with your vet and knowing exactly the dosage and method needed.

I use Trifexis for my 15 pound Maltipoo, Mia. I've never had a problem. It is also for heart worm so your vet will require a heart worm test before he'll allow the prescription.

I use k9 Advantix II for my springer. No fleas and only dead ticks after starting it. Frontline wasn't killing the fleas for us. I tried Bravecto but he kept bringing in ticks and they'd jump host to me.
