Sounds like you're doing a lot of great things. I had an elderly dog with eyesight issues, too. I think just talking to them a lot and whistling a lot so they know where you're at helps them feel secure. I also wouldn't baby them so much that they grow more insecure.

Good luck.
Thank you, trying my best with them as they are all seniors!

That's great Claire! I wonder if I should try it with Geordie. I will check with his internal medicine specialist first since we have to be careful what we add to his diet.
The one thing I love that this has us CoQ10, all ingredients seem to be really good. There have been many positive reviews. Some Vets just don't see outside the box! It wss developed by Vet Ophthalmologists. Seems promising and I am certainly not hallucinating with how she's been the last two days. I also supplement with a mushroom mix for immune support as well. Science Diet as much as it's bashed has a new bioactive senior food no corn, soy or gluten. Protein also very low 16.6% trying to preserve their renal function as well.
It is wonderful. I hope it continues to improve their eyesight. Nothing ventured... nothing gained.
You got that right! Reviews with many claim brighter eyes, clearing the cloudy look and slowing the progression of cataracts.

Hugs to you. Having a senior pup is hard. Although with Tink (our previous rott who passed just before turning 11) it didn't really show until about 2 weeks before she died.

With Tink, she had seizures so we had to pad anything she could drop on and hurt herself. Moving blankets were very helpful, Harbor Freight has good deals on them.

Other than that, I'm afraid I don't have much helpful advice. But love your baby and give her all the hugs in the world :hug8::hug8:
