It is not surprising I wouldn't want to raise a child with a random person either.

It makes me wonder very deeply about Zippy's friend. I am planning on getting him a male friend, but what if they don't click in a meaningful long term relationship way. Zippy seems very spunky and energetic. I read to look for an energetic bird for an energetic bird.. and a calm bird for a calm bird. I could get it all wrong. I suppose if I do, I will need to get more finches, build a large aviary and buy a surplus of fake eggs.
