Valentine did her 'swoope' to the floor and injured one of her feathers, she wont let me look at it, I see no blood and she is trying her best to get it out, should I just let her get it out herself?

If theres no blood, watch her and let her get it out herself. One of my birds has a loose flight feather, I can hear it " whistling " when he flys, ...however if you notice its bleeding, you may have to intervene. Hope shes ok!
