Feather plucking issue

I have a pair of cockatiel birds but the male plucks the feathers of female and chicks how can I solve this issue any treatment or suggestions.

Remove the male to a separate cage I would suggest

is the female feeding the chicks ?
When did it start ?

@Zara will be better at this one than me.

But I think it's pretty typical for males to pluck females heads n such , not that we wouldn't want to fix/ stop.

More privacy, more room larger cage decrease stress might help.

Separate them?
Right. Straight off the bat, separate the male away from the hen and her chicks.
Then you can take a closer look and see if something is lacking in the set up that could have contributed to the plucking.
