Fat Cats Kittens

[Limits]

As some of you may know, I took in a stray pregnant cat and after less than a week she has given birth to 7 beautiful little kittens, we think it was about 5am this morning So here's 2 pictures of the Kittens First Day at about 11 hours old! So adorable up close!

Very cute. That's a big litter. Mom may need some supplemental calcium (like KMR milk replacer). You might also want to give the kittens some supplemental feedings, too. We did that when we took in a stray and she had nine kittens. The vet didn't think they would all live, but they did. The mother did have tooth problems later on, because of the calcium drain. BTW, it's much cheaper to get KMR online at a place like Drs. Foster and Smith than to buy it at the pet store. Our local store charges three times the price that I can get it online. I use the powdered stuff.

Day Two. All the Cats have been weighed and they are all 250g - 280g. All looking healthy and being vocal, moving around more and being cuter each day!
