Fallow Cockatiel ?

Hi Everyone,, I am a breeder of Cockatiels,, Parakeets,, trying some Canaries,, lol, I have a Hahns Macaw and a Double Yellow Headed Amazon.. I have a young Cockatiel with red eyes,, and is not latino,, light Grey,, with yellow spots on back,, maybe a recessive Silver Pearl ? I am hoping it's a Fallow ? I am new to this site,, and navigating it is proving to be confusing for me..
