Eve in breeding feather!!!!

OK so Every year I share my Eve pics while he is in breeding mode so that people can see the changes that Eve goes through....so here you go. I'll start off with the first pic of Eve when he is NOT in breeding season so you can compare.....
The second pic is eve's and his hemi junk, the third shows his glossly feathers from the preening gland in over drive,(the female can change color to brown by the chemicals changing in this gland) The next two are the yellow skin that develops. And if you notice his beak is one color, along with his cere, and is the opposite color in the others. Enjoy!

Yes I have! They will picking him up soon! I moderate another board where their are lots of vasa people, so I directed them there as all our vasa peeps are very helpful to new vasa owners.
