ENGLISH BUDGIES!!!!! Viserion is gorgeous! And Turk reminds me a lot of my Pretty Boy.

I agree with Bob. Marilyn is a fine name for the Cinnamon.

Thanks everyone! I'm super stoked about them all.

I had a family come over last night to pick up the last of my springtime chicks, and they were the first ones to see the English budgies in person. Seeing their jaws drop at the sight of them was so amazing! The mother literally could not stop gushing over them. :)

And I think the Cinnamon has officially now been named Marilyn :)

You know I have to post more pics, right?! :) So here they are!

These guys will eat anything, and they aren't afraid to get dirty in the process ! They've got boiled eggs, sprouts, spinach, corn, peppers, carrots, celery, spinach, basil...

Here is Barristan, taking a really awkward looking nap after munching on some fresh spinach.....and that's also a piece of shredded carrot stuck to his beak, in case you were wondering. lol

The girls, getting right in there and not even caring that they are pigging out. ;)

And my camera still doesn't like taking good pics of Razzle Dazzle, it's like it can't figure out the focus point on all her white feathers, so here are some slightly better pics, but still not great ones.

You cannot post too many photos of these birds. Please be careful feeding fresh corn. I have long suspected fresh corn fed to a budgie can lead to AGY. I asked my avian vet about this and he replied the avian vet world is also suspecting this. Reason being that corn is hard to digest and the outer covering of each kernel can stay in the crop longer than it should before passing through the gizzard, thus leading to a growth of fungus in the crop. I don't even feed bird feed with corn now like Roudybush. Basically its just a filler.

Ah dang, I was just at the vet last night with Storm, he has an irritated eye from a rogue feather. She asked about his diet, and didn't mention anything wrong with corn. I'll do some more research about it, and see if I can find more info. I'll post here if I find anything credible and shareable.

Oh. My. Goodness!! What a beautiful bunch!
I think my favorite is either Viserion or Chili. Such unique colors, I am LOVING those shades of blue! But who am I kidding, all of them are cute :xflove:
Love their names by the way. Congrats on your new family members!
