This is one of our Rosella boys - 'Charlie'...he is an Eastern Rosella, that we have had for some months. He was kept by his former owners in a cage with his siblings - they were all sold to the same person, but not Charlie.
It took some time for him to learn trust, but now he does his 'happy' sound when we talk to him.
He's a lad that loves his food...we try and vary it a lot for him.
Charlie has a young E. Rosella visit each morning, which he enjoys.
One of his 'talents' is to whistle, "Pop goes the weasel",which he does in the late afternoon.
He now has a permanent friend, - 'Stanely', a Western Rosella...will make another post for him, later.
