I noticed a new behavior when I am holding dusty on my arm... she/he will bob her head up and down, tighten the grip on my arm, stiffen her body and display heart shaped wings, when I kiss her head....
I notice the tight grip right away....

Not sure what this means.... but she seems content.

She might be courting you..... Or just generally showing happiness. The head bobbing- if she only does it then- might be half-hearted attempts at regurgitation.

The heart shaped wing thing for sure sounds like a male! Any whistling or trying to talk?

It sounds like male courtship. Sydney will bob, then smack his beak a couple times on whatever object he's near. Then display wings.
