We are home... she has a broken tooth that could be a problem later otherwise she looks good, the Vet said to watch her closely for the next few days!

Send us a photo of your darling dog. So glad the tooth is the only issue. Now you can relax a bit and enjoy the weekend. The forum certainly provided knowledgeable information.

Glad she is okay! At least it is nothing more serious than a broken tooth. :hug8:

Here she is:

(she does have bird feathers on her face in a couple of these.... her eye has always been a little funny looking)
She turned 3 years old yesterday!

Izzie was a rescue.... she was 1 at the time pretty sick, running fever of 103-104 and lethargic when we got her and we found a pellet in her booty on Xrays that were done when we were trying to figure out what she was so sick from.... she was on antibiotics daily for 2 months and finally got better, never figured out the cause. Anyway, she is happy and healthy now, she is just still very scared of people, other than my husband and me......

I am like you, I don't do emergencies well, though I am trying to be better about it.
I am so grateful we have this community of such wonderful knowledgeable friends to help, no matter the problem.:hug8:

Manyl nurses feel that way when it comes to their pets. So glad she is doing better and thanks for sharing some of her story. It shows in her eyes. It's apparent how much she really loves you.
