Brady boy purrs!!! This seems like one of his natural "I'm happy" noises. It's the sweetest little noise in the world. Mia doesn't though I'm going to try my hardest to teach her and Summer didn't purr either.

Any other purr-ers out there? Any videos?! I loooove it!!

On the other hand, since I can't scritch Patrick, it's possible that he does purr, but I've never heard it...

Brady and I are working on scritches. He lets me touch him but he likes to be touching ME more. So I'll let him and in an instant my hands are being held by him and he's all into playing with them. I'll try to get it on video soon :) It's sooo cute!!

Not really a purr, but they make their happy sounds, more like a little squeak, sigh type thing, and they do the wing flip...they always flip their wing a little, a small twitch when really happy and cuddling under my chin. They do them both at the same time. It is my favorite thing! Both my boys do this.

my guys purr... we use it as a contact call when i am sneaking in the front door REALLY late at night, or making the midnight fridge raid :dancing:the cockatoos do it very infrequently. they use different "comfort" sounds.
